This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed within the United States.

At Reformer Supply, we are committed to providing transparent shipping information and reliable customer support throughout the delivery process. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some products may be made-to-order or require additional manufacturer processing time prior to shipment. Estimated lead times may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and destination.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are listed on product pages whenever available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Manufacturer production schedules
  • Freight carrier scheduling
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Carrier delays outside of our control

Freight Deliveries

Many of our Pilates reformers and fitness equipment products are shipped via LTL freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Depending on the product and shipping method selected, deliveries may include:

  • Curbside delivery
  • Threshold delivery
  • White glove delivery

Some freight shipments may require scheduled delivery appointments directly with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product size, weight, shipping method, and delivery destination.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, while others may include freight shipping charges.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@reformersupply.com.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped or entered production, cancellation requests may be subject to manufacturer policies, shipping charges, or restocking fees.

Delivery Inspections Requirement

Due to the size and nature of freight shipments, customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon arrival.

When receiving your order, please:

  • Verify the number of packages received
  • Inspect packaging for visible damage
  • Take photos of any damage or irregularities
  • Note any damage, missing items, or concerns on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing whenever possible

Examples may include:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Torn or opened boxes
  • Missing packages
  • Visible product damage

If you notice any discrepancy, even a minor one, please do not discard the packaging materials and make note of the issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt whenever possible.

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Shipping labels
  • A description of the issue
