The BenchK 231 combines the standard-height Series 2 wall bar with the PB3 convertible steel pull-up bar. The removable six-grip bar adjusts along the rungs and flips 180 degrees to serve as a barbell rest, creating a versatile strength, mobility, and rehabilitation station for rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.

Installation
Install only on a suitable solid wall. Mounting hardware is sold separately because the correct anchor depends on wall construction. Concrete or brick walls require a minimum thickness of 4.7 in (12 cm). Stud walls require the compatible BenchK WHB+S8 wall holder. Drywall alone is not a suitable mounting substrate.
Wall-Holder Selection
For most U.S. wood-frame stud-wall installations, choose the BenchK WHB+S8 wall holder for Black wall-bar variants or the BenchK WHW+S8 wall holder for White wall-bar variants. The wall holder is sold separately. Confirm the wall structure and required fasteners with a qualified installer before mounting.
