FLO Pilates offers two full-size reformers and two compact training platforms. Choose the equipment type first, then compare working dimensions, folded size, weight and the exercises in your instruction. The word “portable” describes a different format from the Home and Studio spring-and-carriage reformers.

FLO Home vs Studio: full-size reformers

Both models fold, so a dedicated room is not the only reason to consider the Studio. Its larger frame and greater weight change how you plan access, movement and storage. The Home has a smaller listed footprint and is lighter, but you still need exercise clearance beyond the machine’s dimensions.

FLO Portable vs Portable Pro

These compact platforms offer resistance cords and a folding format for home or travel. They differ from full-size spring-and-carriage reformers; avoid assuming that a class designed for a traditional reformer transfers directly to either platform.

The Portable package lists resistance cords, grips, a knee/elbow pad and push-bar handles. Portable Pro adds a glide-track format with extended handles and its own accessory package. Check the exact product’s included items and usage instructions rather than treating Pro as a full-size reformer upgrade.

Choose for your room and routine

For traditional reformer instruction, start with Home or Studio. For a compact cord-resistance platform, compare Portable and Portable Pro. Measure the delivery route, doorways and storage area as well as the working space. Folding alone does not establish that a machine is suitable for under-bed or upright storage; follow its current instructions.
